I didn’t know too much about how health insurance works and he couldn’t have been more attentive, answering all my questions and if he didn’t know, he’d ask someone and get the answer while we were on the call. Made it so much easier to understand and whittled it down to a couple of options that made the most sense for my situation. Made it a better experience than having 15 options online to choose between and getting decision fatigue and giving up.
