But Callum went above and beyond this year, so I really felt I needed to post this review. I had managed to get myself confused about our health exclusions, but off his own back Callum checked our policy and called back to confirm that an exclusion I thought was there actually wasn’t! Callum could easily have just moved onto the next client, but he took the time to help us out in this way. I would happily recommend Howden for anyone looking to buy or renew their private health insurance.
