Recently just rented a house with Huddersfield Lettings and they have been the best that I have ever let from, they’re professional and very friendly and make you feel at ease during the stressful process of renting! Would DEFINITELY recommend!

As our first experience of letting out a property we have been very lucky to find Huddersfield Sales and Lettings. Shahrukh is a delight to work with, he goes the extra mile and has found us tenants quickly and has kept in touch all the way. I would fully recommend this company they stand out as an example of how Sales and Lettings should operate.

Huddersfield sales & Lettings have been a massive help to us. They made sure they could work around us and everything moved forward quickly and efficiently (although we are impatient) it felt like a lifetime. All in all he is the most friendly person you would ever deal with and with it being our first time dealing with agents we thought it was going to be a nightmare and it has been far from that. We 100% recommended using Huddersfield sales & Lettings.

Huddersfield Lettings have been a pleasure to deal with. They found me a tenant in a short space of time. I was kept informed throughout and consulted at each stage from finding the tenant to them moving in. The first letting agent I have been totally satisfied with, I will definitely be using them again.

Mr Gilani has been an amazing when helping me find a rental property. He has a very spontaneous and enthusiastic personality with very friendly staff. Huddersfield Lettings has been the best letting company that I have used and would highly recommend 11/10. Mr Gilani has also given me access to his van, so I am able to move my personal belongings into the property the same day the paperwork was finalised for my letting agreement.

Excellent service from my first call to my tenanta moving in. Advice given regarding what would work best regarding my property ie furnished or unfurnished and the type of tenants i wanted. I had some work to do to prepare the property one my previous tenants moved out and i wasnt pressured at all ( which felt unusual ). I contacted hudds lettings when ready and within 2 days of my property being marketed i had potentail tenants who were interested in letting. My agent was fantastic....explained the situation of my potential tenants and together we agreed the best option for me . This felt really personal and gave me confidence in my agent. I feel that my agent also had the interests of my new tenant at heart and pushed for a quick move in due to their unforeseen circumstances. To add to this my agents sorted my gas check promptly which assured me my property was safe .... 5 stars Im happy with the whole process , highly recommend. Katy

Absolutely amazing letting agents! Can’t fault them one bit at all. From start to finish there was constant communication and they let me know everything that was going on at each stage. Shahrukh is one of the friendliest guys I’ve ever had a viewing with. The viewing was very pleasant, and nothing was forced. His dedication is absolutely unreal. He went out of hours to help us get the property we wanted. I would highly recommend Huddersfield Lettings to everyone.

Excellent professional lettings agents who go above and beyond, issues and repairs are done promptly. And they adhere to needs of the tenants, they are very approachable and understanding. I would defianlty recommend to any wanting to go through an agency.

Great Communication, Great Service and a really Fair and Professional team. We needed an estate agent to manage a rental property and someone who would be a little more hands on than other agents. I’m really glad we swapped to Shahrukh and Huddersfield Sales and Lettings. The feedback from the tenants is really good, and the feedback from us (here) is really good. Things will inevitably need fixing or problems will occur and I know Shahrukh will get them sorted quickly, professionally and fairly, with tenants and us both happy - in fact he already has! I know I don’t need to worry or double check things when Shahrukh is on the case, and his communication makes things so easy. Five stars, thank you!

Huddersfield Lettings are a very professional company with proud, competent agents who are clearly very passionate about their business and delivering the best to their customers. We found a house just over a week ago and are almost moved in fully. The company go above and beyond what is expected, helping us within the day with any query we had. Their communication and helpfulness have been a massive help to us as we are finding our first house after being students. It can be a stressful, confusing time but they have made our experience easy and we are very grateful for all the help they have given us. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Myself and my girlfriend had been looking around for a little property for us to rent for a few months going between numerous estate agents and viewings before we came across a couple of properties let and managed by Huddersfield Lettings. The guy that met us at both of the properties was Shahrukh. He had a very chatty and charismatic nature about him and all in all just came across as a sound guy. Unlike other estate agents we dealt with over the past few months, he was incredibly helpful, had some form of answer for every question we asked or if he didn't know he found out and let us know within the same day. He made us feel very at ease and didn't pressure us into a quick sale. Since then we decided to go for one of their properties on Wakefield road. We have been gradually moving in and literally any problem we have (even if it's just the slightest inconvenience) we simply message them and it's typically resolved within the same day (they/he has been going far above and beyond any service we have received from landlords/estate agents before). All in all, cannot recommend this place enough!
