May 31,2019When older people reminisce about the 'good old days' when business was not about fleecing customers I'm sure they are describing companies like Huddersfield Lettings. Shahrukh clearly has great pride in his company in addition to being very knowledgeable of the property/ rental markets and the Huddersfield area. Huddersfield Lettings are extremely friendly and helpful and their USP is their strong company values, transparency and approachability. They operate with speedy efficiency and had found me a tenant who completed paperwork and picked up the keys within 3 days!

May 27,2019I am a landlord of a student property and was looking for an agent to management my property in Huddersfield. I contacted Huddersfield Lettings (HL) and a few other high street agents in town and I must say I had the most rewarding experience with Shahrukh Gilani at HL. While it took the other agents days to respond to my request, Huddersfield Lettings impressed me with their prompt response and his enthusiasm for our custom, and first impressions were good. Right from the word go Shahrukh showed his keenness to help. From my initial contact to completing the formalities and paperwork, Huddersfield Lettings demonstrated their promptness, professionalism and expertise of the local rental market. He wowed me with their friendly and courteous service. Shahrukh showed flexibility in agreeing to the contract terms and was transparent about the fee structure. There were no hidden charges. The whole process was simple, efficient and kept me in control. Shahrukh has been trustworthy, and always working for us regardless or the time of day. He has extremely helpful in taking care of my property and took personal responsibility for arranging cleaning and painting devices - which was an added personal touch. Importantly, while some other high street agents hadn’t updated their paperwork for Tenants Rent Act 2019, Huddersfield Lettings being a small independent firm showed preparedness with being able to comply with the changes in regulation. Their agility is amongst their biggest selling points. For anyone looking for an agent in Huddersfield I would recommend reaching out to Shahrukh at Huddersfield Letting first. I highly recommend this company.

Having used other letting agencies in the past I can honestly say that I have never come across a business as professional as huddersfield lettings, as soon as I stepped into their premises "I felt right at home", just like their slogan says. Mr. Gilani introduced himself to me with a warm and friendly welcome and made me feel comfortable by offering me beverages, as we got down to talking business I was pleased with how knowledgeable mr. Gilani was about the trade, he was very forthcoming and extremely confident about his work which put me at ease and I knew that I would be more than happy to work with mr. Gilani, his confident attitude and his eagerness to go that extra mile to keep his clients happy was something you hardly come across these days, everything is explained well and very transparent so you know where you stand, Mr. Gilani is very trustworthy and has his clients interests at heart rather than making a quick buck first, I fully trust huddersfield lettings with my property and would recommend them to anyone who has a property to rent, my business will be with no one else now I have found huddersfield lettings.
