Sep 05,2023Very very pleased with my LAR wobbleboard. I am a complete beginner with lower torso mobility issues (and proudly fat) and read that this sort of exercise helps strengthen core muscles/strength in ankles upwards, which is what I need - low impact but strengthening. Huku advised me to start with the LAR, and also advised me that their boards are VERY sturdy too for larger people. I have to say I am having so much fun with the LAR, it's fiendishly tricky enough to maintain balance as to provide enough of a workout for your lower core (after 5 mins you feel it in your calves!) but easy enough such that there is no real danger of falling off or hurting yourself, and it's not impossible to master either (I think I probably would have given up on the Corefit had I bought that first!). It's also very sturdy (I'm over 20st) with a non slip grip surface, It's lots of fun too whilst helping me improve my balance and strengthen my muscles. I now 'wobble' through my Teams meetings! highly recommend if you are starting out with balance or need a low impact activity through injury recovery or mobility.

Sep 01,2023After looking at Huku’s products for a while, I decided on the corefit balance board. It arrived quickly, lovely design and really well made. I’ve found it a fun and challenging addition to my exercise routine so I’m not always just doing the same things and can already see an improvement in how long I can balance for. A good addition for anyone who likes to change up their workouts and keep them interesting.
