Only received it yesterday but have used it several times and can feel it working abdominal muscles already. How great to be able to target these muscles without having to do the dreaded sit-ups. He absolutely loves this board! I wasn't expecting to love it so much myself, but have found it super helpful for core work and balance for yoga. And not only that, it's also really fun! The board and stand look so stylish and sit neatly in the living room, which also makes it irresistible to have a quick go every time you walk by! The board is so comfortable to stand on, the natural grip used is a lovely texture which feels nice with bare feet. I love that this product is handmade, and am delighted to support a local Irish business. The customer service was fantastic, very personal. I would absolutely recommend this product. Thank you!
