Jan 06,2021I ordered this to late to have in time for Christmas which was fine and asked the company if possible to try make a pre-Christmas delivery. I was told that due to popularity and number of ordered they had received that it would be highly unlikely. I didn't mind as it was a good success story. Roll forward a few weeks and the product showed up for Christmas - which was a nice surprise. They really pulled out the stops to make it happen. Was really delighted with that. Product is great and they are super to deal with!

Dec 26,2020The boards are wonderful, I really love them. Quality is fantastic and they are very solid. Even if it was a difficult period (covid-19) the boards came in the time that was written on the web site. I wrote to them for some informations and they were very punctual and kind.

I think and hope, if I do five minutes a day the whole winter it definetly will improve my surfing even after 32 years, so I'm stoked (improving longboard-style sine I'm an old short-order ;-) The communication was really good and the free shipping to Denmark was fast!

He enjoyed snowboarding while living in Canada, New Zealand and Australia and has also done some surfing so I thought the balance board might appeal to him and keep up his core strength while at home here. It has proven to be a great hit- and not just with my son! I have to confess to trying out my own balancing skills on it also! Was very happy with the service from the company as I email them in panic Christmas week wondering if delivery would be possible in time for Christmas. I got a personal email in reply from Cathal. The board was delivered and I received a follow-up email after delivery to check if everything had worked out satisfactorily which I'm delighted to report, it had. I would highly recommend the Hukubalance board. It's a high quality, well-designed and fun product. I wish the company continued success.
