Dec 23,2020got the help I needed - my order hadn't made it and I was afraid it would be late gifts for some people. I tried the tracking number for DHL and they had no idea what it was or where it was. I emailed Hyperfavor and asked and they got back to me fast saying it would be delivered 12/22. Instead I got it 12/19, the day after I emailed them! That's service!

Dec 18,2020I was a bit skeptical after placing my order for a shirt, because I read some less than favorable reviews. I tried to cancel my order, but the customer service was beyond excellent and I was persuaded to give it a try. The company was very responsive to my concerns and promptly answers my emails. My son is very happy with the product I purchased from Hyperfavor.

Dec 18,2020The ornaments I ordered are pretty cute! You have to peel the protective label off the back to see the actual good side of the ornament and customer service was super fast and responsive when I could not figure out why the writing was backwards on my ornaments. I would order these again, they are the horseshoe with photo.

Nov 18,2020This was my second order with Hyperflavor and though there seems some challenges in the supply chain and shipping they come through! My second order was placed because of the quality of the masks I received on the first order. Several layers, fit well, and can be folded to fit in a pocket. Found other nice looking masks online from other providers that turned out on nearly open weave single layers. Unsuitable. Hyperflavor’s masks are good quality and very functional.

Nov 15,2020If you're looking for a company to work with you, this is it!! I've ordered 14 masks from Hyperfavor in the past 5 months, and I just placed another order for a mask on the 9th of November. The next day, I sent them an email asking if they could possibly get it out to me as soon as possible, because I was sending it over seas for Christmas. They emailed me back stating they would do their best, and 4 days later I got an email that it was shipped out to me!! Their masks are very well made, great quality, they even have a pocket for filters. I truly recommend them.

Nov 12,2020I work at a nursing home that has a dog so I thought it would be fun to have masks made with his picture. They turned out so nice that I ordered two more times (50 masks in all). The masks are good quality, fit well, launder well, and are very soft on the face. My last order had an error (wrong color mask) and the Hyperfavor support team we're very quick in resolving the problem.

Oct 16,2020Loved the first mask I ordered. Ordered afew months later, and they had since changed their design. I don’t like it, they clearly redesigned it to sell their filters. But the masks aren’t terrible, and I can still use the filters I had bought from another company with them. Offer both designs, you can only stand to make more money.

Sep 17,2020I place an order in June for my family and we loved the design of the masks. So I decided to place a new order so I'll have a full weeks worth. When the masks came one of the masks was the wrong design but customer service said they would send the correct one. When the mask came the style was totally different, this one sits and cover your nose and mouth making hard to breathe through. When I contacted customer service again I was told they decided to change the design and apparently no one likes it so they're changing it back. And will send me a 10% off coupon to buy the mask I originally ordered instead of sending me the style I ordered. I feel very cheated to have paid for a mask that I didn't get and then ask to paid for their mistakes I didn't ask to be there guinea pig, and hate to lost this company I truly loved the original masks but can no longer trust this company.
