Feb 05,2024The quality of this t-shirt is fantastic, print is good and the material has a great weight. It also fits perfectly. I was aware that next day delivery wasn't available, and I did have to wait a few days to receive my t-shirt - but it was totally worth it. I received updates from Tom keeping me informed of progress and would definitely recommend this website. Their range of merch is also tremendous, and it's a family-run business - so what's not to like! I will definitely be back for more. Top marks all round!

Ordered 2 items, wrong sizes (my fault for not allowing extra bagginess when ordering for a teenager!), they were totally upfront about delivery times and they arrived before they were expected. I emailed about a slight quality issue with the hoodie, and was reassured by Tom that the replacement would be double checked before being sent out. Exchange was completed within 48 hours which is fab and the communication was top notch. Will definitely be our go to for merch from now on! Thanks guys :)

I chose my item's ,paid for them and was sent emails letting me know when the item's were coming etc,the item's came earlier than I thought which was great. My experience with icon was perfect and I have recommended them to numerous friends. I also get frequent updates on offers and new items. Brilliant 😀😀👍👊

Jan 04,2024Ordered a hoodie from here as it was £10 cheaper than the same item from Rough Trade. Dispatch time was given as 7-14 days and it arrived within this time frame.. this is made clear when you order so not a problem at all. Was also kept up to date by e mail as to what was happening with the order. Much prefer to order from here than from larger chain stores.

Jan 04,2024Great customer service from Icon- I ordered some items fairly close to Christmas, one of which the Post Office seemed to delay- I contacted Tom and he really was very helpful and stayed in communication with me until the item arrived. The quality of the clothes I bought is great, too. Highly recommended
