When talking to the staff on the website online chat they were very helpful and provided me with the information I required .I will definitely be ordering from this company again when the items I need are back in stock. Delivery was on time and quick , delivered by Royal Mail. You won't be disappointed using this website and brilliant for wedding DIY. Thanks for the great service !

Dec 02,2019I do not like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company. I signed up as a trade supplier and made my first order, which was perfectly fine. Everything was packed with care and delivered on time. So, I decided to contact them with my Irish Vat Number (entitling me vat exempt in the UK) as I do with all my other UK suppliers. I was refused a vat deduction which is very odd as all my other UK suppliers deduct vat. Their current trade prices are not very effective if a business cannot get their vat back unless UK registered and due to my spend of roughly £2000/£2500 per month this, as you can imagine, is too costly for me. So I decided to continue using my current suppliers for my large orders and that I would purchase some bits and bobs from them every so often. My 2nd order was 6 reams of card, which must have been thrown into the boxes before delivery. Not packed with care as per my previous order. The card was battered, with curled up corners and would get jammed in my printers. The card is unusable, and also not cut to A4 as advertised. It comes in measuring, 28.9cm x 20.5cm instead of 29.7cm x 21cm. Half of my customers come from the UK, which in return, I buy half of my supplies from UK but really feel that they simply do not want to sell to me? This confuses me they could have simply declined my trade request! P.S they don't like responding to emails either......
