Can’t thank Imane enough! She’s been incredible on my weight loss journey, with personalized, DELICIOUS meal plans that never felt like a ‘diet’. I was worried my partner wouldn’t like the recipes, but he loved every single one—it was such a relief! I’ve struggled for years to lose weight - despite an active (working out 5x pw) and ‘healthy’ lifestyle - Imane truly made a real difference in my approach with food. Iman is a great nutritionist & weight management specialist. I joined her Virtual Tailored Program and she prepared a tailored menu and listened carefully to what I liked/disliked. I believe this has made my journey much easier, achievable and enjoyable. I am a 32yo male and my weight before starting was 109 kg. My weight after 2 months - 99kg. I am pleased with the results because it felt effortless and I feel that continuing with this new habit of eating is possible in the long term. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone as she is knowledgeable and encouraging.

I contacted Iman because I needed some help losing my pregnancy weight (5kg!) while breastfeeding. Her six week program has been completely life changing, both for myself and my husband and we both say it was one of the best investments we ever made to ourselves. I easily lost 5kg in 10 weeks and I’m now at my pre-pregnancy weight but more importantly I feel more balanced and healthier. I have no plans to go back to my previous way of eating. Thank you Iman for the encouragement and everything you’ve taught me. I will totally miss our 1-1 sessions.

MY BACKGROUND AND MY CONDITIONS I am a 28 years old lady who has PCOS with abnormal irregular periods, and a history of Ovarian cysts, and has recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year in August 2022. My height is 4ft 11 inches, and I weighed 72 kilos in March 2022, which is considered obese for my height. THE CHALLENGES I FACE When I had diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, I tried my hardest to lose weight. I drastically cut all the starchy carbohydrates and all the sweets and chocolates. I have been eating fish and vegetables and eggs all the time. I did a very restrictive diet, but it did not do me well. The diet did not suit me and eventually, I fell sick all the time and I got ill and had COVID. My body was in shock at the sudden change. I stopped the restrictive diet and I ate what I think is best for my body because if I do not eat well, surely, I will not cope with COVID. I did lose weight from 72 kilos to 67 kilos, but I felt sick and weak. I felt fed up with what I was eating, and I am not enjoying it that I went back to my old habits of eating, but it came to the point where I felt very hopeless and decided that I need help, and something needs to change because I know metformin cannot help me in the long run. During this time, when checking my blood glucose levels it always ranges from 8-10 mmol. WHERE I MET IMAN AND HOW IT IS LIKE WORKING WITH HER So, I came across Iman’s page on Instagram and gave it a try. I am in desperate need of help. So, I first spoke with Iman on Instagram who guided me through the programs, giving me an informed decision and what the next step would be if I worked with her. I started working with Iman in December 2022. I did the 6-week program with her. Iman is highly professional in her approach but with care, understanding, and empathy. Even though I felt embarrassed about my eating habit Iman has encouraged me to tell the truth and be open about it so we can work on the root cause of the problem and has been reassuring me that there is no judgment at all. She gets to know her clients in terms of medical history, allergies, likes, and dislikes but at the same time, she is frank when it comes to certain types of food whether I am allowed to have it or not. She works with me in a person-centred way working on my condition. Iman does not only help me with my meal plans but she also emphasizes the importance of creating your balance and sticking to your habits as well as always asking yourself the “whys” of doing this program. Doing this has motivated me and has been thinking about this every single day. I am focusing on my whys and my goals of reversing my type 2 diabetes, being able to conceive and to reach to my ideal weight of 50 kilos which is my healthy weight range for my height. KEY RESULTS OF THE 6-WEEK PROGRAMME WITH IMAN During my program with Iman here are the key points that I have noticed that have greatly helped me in terms of the changes in my body and the way I felt: - By creating a personalized meal plan for me, my blood glucose levels have ranged from 5.7 mmol (a new recent record which I am very happy about) to 7 mmol. - Currently, as of the 9th of February 2023, my weight is 62 kilos. So, throughout the program, I have healthily lost 5 kilos. - I have started to have monthly regular periods which amazes me. In my condition, I will have one menstrual cycle and I waited like 60-90 days for the next period. - I managed to know and to get to know my body by finding my balance like knowing the knowledge of right nutrition of what foods make me feel sluggish, lethargic, and have mood swings, compared to the foods that make me feel good and have more energy. - Also, I learn to create my meal according to the principles so even if Iman has made me meal plans especially for my condition still, I have learned how to make wise decisions in terms of creating my meals outside of her meal plan. I have learned tips for not spiking my blood sugar levels which is very helpful. I am enjoying the meal plan that was made especially for me and it has given me tons of energy. I can say that I don’t feel very tired like how I used to be, on top of that I am grateful to Iman’s supplements recommendation. I felt like a different person. I have more focus and I am extremely active, and PMS doesn’t affect me as much as I had before. I feel amazing. I started to enjoy being active. I can say that I am not going back to the lifestyle I had. Iman’s help and support have opened portals for me that I never knew existed. I never knew that eating healthily and having the right supplements can make you feel good and has given me loads of energy despite having type 2 diabetes. - Though I may have discrepancies like eating food that is not allowed to me, Iman has given me advice and alternatives to tame my extreme sugar cravings to help me not to jeopardize my diet and sugar levels in the future. I came across Iman’s profile by chance and I must say that signing up to her 6 week’s programme and personal training has been one of the best decisions ever! I am in my early fifties and since the age of fifteen I had tried every possible ‘diet’ on the planet but my weight kept on creeping back on unless I ‘starved’ myself and did hours of exercise every day. Iman is incredible, knowledgeable, kind and very supportive. When I hit menopause I really believed that losing weight and being in shape would be almost impossible, but Iman has helped me believe the complete opposite and my results show it! She has debunked many of the diet myths I believed in and replaced them with useful and scientific proven information which are helping me through my journey to a happier and better me. Her recipes are delicious and easy to make and she tailors them for you by including your favourite foods (I am a pescatarian) and her workouts are effective, challenging and to the point. Since starting the programme I have not only lost weight (7Kg so far) but I feel healthier, happier and I sleep better. I have extended my programme and I am doing another six weeks so that I can learn how to maintain my goal weight. If you are serious about changing your relationship with food, lose weight and embrace a healthier life and healthier you, with a knowledgeable and specialised approach, I highly recommend Iman.

I am 60 y.o. My height is 162.5 cm. I want to share my Body Impedance Test results while I was on the NSR Body Transformation Programme with Iman Hassan: January 2020, I’m UK size 16-18, Start the Iman's Programme June 2020, I’m UK size 10-12 Please see below my Body Impedance Test results reflecting the progress in Jan-May 2020: BMI : 29 (Jan) - 27 (Feb) - 24 (Apr) - 23 (May) Weight: 77kg (Jan) - 72 kg (Feb) - 63 kg (Apr) - 59 kg (May) Body Fat Mass: 26kg (Jan) - 23 kg (33% Feb) - 15 kg (16% Apr) - 11 kg (12% May) Muscle Mass: 27 kg no change throughout the Programme My weight now (March 2021) – 57 kg, BMI 22, confident UK size 10-12 My body measurements at the beginning of the programme in Jan 2020 and since June 2020 until now chest: 97cm in January went down to 93 cm in June waist: 96cm (Jan) to 75 cm (June)! Abdominal fat has gone COMPLETELY hips: 98 cm (Jan) to 90 cm (June) Upon completion of the Iman’s programme I had a pleasure of hiring a stylist and investing some funds into a completely new wardrobe size 10-12. However, the greatest things in life aren't things. In November 2020 I contracted coronavirus in London. I was very sick for four weeks, running high temperature, cough, weakness, breathing problems and other symptoms. I was alone in the house. I prepared my paperwork and finances, noted down computer passwords etc, called all my relatives and close friends and asked to forgive me if I offended them willingly or unwillingly. A year ago, in my 60s and being obese, I was unlikely to survive this virus. But the virus attacked me after my body transformed back to normal metabolism. My organism was better prepared to fight it. Thank God I contacted Iman right in time to get my body metabolism ready for the Covid challenge. At the end of the Programme I mentioned to Iman that I think the money I invested into the Programme and training, I consider them as I purchased 10 years of life. Iman said - "No, Lina. It's more than 10 years". In fact, Iman, not only your programme gave me a feeling of a 30 y.o. body, not only you helped me to change my eating preferences, without any doubts YOUR PROGRAMME and YOUR CONSTANT SUPPORT SAVED MY LIFE.

I am absolutely delighted with the results I got on the nourish, sculpt and reset programme. I have lost 11kg (1 and ¾ stone) and feel so much better. I’m lighter and can do so much more. The best part of the programme is that Iman is with you every step of the way, with help, advice and encouragement. The recipes are tasty and easy to make. I would have no hesitation in recommending the programme to my friends and family.

I was recommended Iman's Nutrition and Sculpt program by a friend who had completed the 6 week block. After seeing my friends incredible results I was keen to try it but had some initial reservations about trying to 'diet' despite so many of my own failed attempts. I also felt I had no time to exercise so was worried I'd fail before completing the 6 weeks. In absolute desperation, I bit the bullet and signed up for the 6 week program and it has been the BEST thing I've ever done and the BEST money I've ever spent! I lost 7.3 kgs in the first 6 weeks and enjoyed training so much with Iman I went on to extent the training sessions. In total I've lost 9.7kgs since starting the program and have managed to easily maintain the weight-loss. Iman will become your biggest cheerleader. She is incredible the way she motivates you and as a fellow mum she understand the pressures and lack of resources to eat right and exercise. Through a tailored and adaptable food plan she will guide you as to how to adapt to eat better, think better, sleep better and exercise better. I've gone from feeling depressed, tired, unmotivated to cook a meal (beyond opening the biscuit tin) to a total transformation. I love cooking, eating right and exercising and believe me, if I can do it, anyone can! Her food is delicious and easy to make - you'll soon crave her recipes. You certainly don't stave or have to eat anything you don't like. I eat more than I used to but feel 100% better than I used to. She has given me the tools to never ever go back to that unhappy place. It wasn't so much about the weight-loss but more so about finally understanding nutrition, how to make nutrition work for me and how I have the control to stay healthy and maintain my weight. It's been a wonderful experience, I am still training with her after 5 months of starting the program! Cannot recommend this program enough. Iman is an absolute delight, she is super kind, caring and encouraging. She totally has your back (and bingo wings)!

Iman is an expert in her profession. From the first moment of meeting her, I felt reassured that I was working with the right person to help me lose weight, enjoy exercise again and improve my relationship with food, by making better food choices. The meals/ recipes created from my favourite foods are delicious, simple to prepare and enjoyable for the whole family. It’s great to be preparing and cooking meals from scratch. Iman and I worked together for about 8 weeks, where I lost 8 Kg’s. It’s been 7 months since I first met Iman and I am still at my goal weight, enjoying delicious meals and snacks, sleeping well and have found my love for exercise again! If you are serious about losing weight and are in search for a specialised approach, I highly recommend Iman.
