Highly highly highly recommend Dan! As a self employed person buying on my own - it comes with its difficulties. But Dan really went above and beyond for me. He kept me thoroughly informed and updated all the way through the process. As I’m a first time buyer, he really helped to explain everything in detail for me so that I understood everything. Also he’s just such a nice guy and easy to talk to. Thanks Dan - I’ll be in touch again for all my future mortgage needs! Suzie

As first time buyers, it was very daunting stepping into the world of mortgage applications and understanding what we could actually afford. Dan was recommended to us by a family member, and we are so glad we got in touch with him. Dan set up a video call with my wife and I, and put us at ease immediately with his easy going, positive attitude. He is a fountain of knowledge and relayed all information to us in a very clear and helpful way. Dan was contactable throughout our journey via his WhatsApp, and we set up regular video calls with him when we had questions about the ongoing process. I couldn’t recommend Dan highly enough. He went above and beyond to support us throughout our journey of buying our first house. I will definitely be using Dan again in the future and recommending him to anyone I know. Huge thanks, Jake

We were recommended to use Michelle by one of our friends and she was amazing from start to finish. As first time buyers, the process of buying a house was very new and unknown for us but Michelle took the time to explain everything to us. She was always on hand to answer the phone and any emails from us. We will be using Michelle moving forward and would recommend her straight away. We have already recommended to our friends who are working with Michelle on their first property. Thank you Michelle!

If Carling did mortgages... Simply amazing from Daryl to Hemal nothing is too much trouble and pure VIP service from start to finish. Communication, advice and the personal touch is very rare to see these days however this organisation is all over it.

We’re first time buyers who had absolutely no idea where to start. From the beginning Dan set up a meeting with us, he got our agreement in principle in place so we could start looking at houses. Dan would only be a phone call or email away if we were ever unsure about anything and he would do his absolute best to support us. He has made this process so simple and I would recommend Dan to anyone. Dan truly went above and beyond and we’ll definitely be using Dan when we’re due to remortgage. Thank you for all your help I don’t think we would’ve been able to do it without you :)

Honestly can not thank Dan and the team enough. Buying a house is stressful and we had lots of ups and downs and a last minute pull out. However, the support from Dan was amazing, he was always there to take a call for any questions I had, even after he had sorted out our mortgage I could rely on him for some guidance. It’s been over 25 years since a bought a house and the thought of finding a mortgage that I could afford was a massive stress. Then came Ann who was superb , found me a great deal and sorted out all the paperwork and life assurance. Even more Ann is a genuine and lovely individual who really cares about you as a person . Takes time to ask about my family and their welfare. I would have no hesitation in recommending her she is simply the best. Thank you so much .

I had thought that buying a house would be a long and confusing process however when I decided to purchase my first home, Hemal was recommended by a friend and the process could not have been smoother! Hemal took the time to explain in detail every step of the process and make sure I understood what was going on. He made sure to have a thorough look into my finances to ensure i wouldn't apply to anything that would affect my credit score, and discussed with me the best options for a mortgage lender. We even discussed insurance options, where Hemal took the time to explain each type of insurance, which were vital and which would be useful to have. All in all I absolutely had a 5 star experience and would definitely use again, and recommend to a friend as Hemal made the process so easy, always being on hand to answer any questions I had (and probably working way too hard if we're being honest!)

This was a fantastic experience all round! What was potentially a difficult time, changing mortgage etc was made so easy through the initial Teams meeting- which was really convenient. Hemal was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the process, giving advice and keeping me updated at all stages. Highly recommended!

Just utilised the professional services of IMS (Oct 23) after getting a recommendation from a friend. I have been so pleased with the clear communication, sound advice and ongoing support I have received. We used Dan to find us a new mortgage as we were moving home. From start to finish Dan was so knowledgable, informative and helpful with all of the information he gave us. It was a smooth and quick process from our initial call with Dan, sending over our paper work to him and then him finding us a mortgage suitable for us and our new home. His case manager Holly was super friendly and quick on email with us which made the process stress free. Maria has guided us through 3-4 mortgage stages with two moves with mortgage extensions and remortgaging after a fixed term ended, always making us reassured with thorough information, Maria's reliable and friendly character, the ups and downs of our moves over the months, clear steps for us to provide info and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Michelle Wragg is the best of the best! We were first time buyers and I had a recommendation from a colleague to use Michelle as our mortgage advisor. She was so kind, friendly and efficient - helping us secure a great mortgage and answering every silly question along the way. Our house purchase was a long and painful experience - with everyone we dealt with (solicitors, estate agents) being really unhelpful. But Michelle was a constant source of support throughout. Every question and worry we had, she was always on the end of the phone or an email to give us advice and information. Even as we were panicking as our mortgage offer was about to run out, she gave us many calculations of new offers and helpful insight to ease our stresses. All went through as planned in the end, but we were eternally grateful for Michelle's help. I couldn't recommend her more, and will definitely be using her again. Thank you Michelle!

After being let down and receiving no communication from two other mortgage brokers which made us lose two other properties Michelle stepped up and got us our mortgage just in time before the interest rate rise and turned the whole application around in super quick time. She worked against the clock to get us the best deal which was tricky enough with us both being self employed and me only having one years books. We would 100% recommend Michelle and her communication was excellent and she kept us updated the whole time! Can’t thank her enough!

We had Michelle to do our remortgage on our old property and mortgage for a new property and she could not have done enough for us! Michelle was able to advise us as to what was in our budget and was so hardworking throughout! She would get back to us with an update in double time. Michelle worked above and beyond for us and we could honestly never thank her enough! We used her during covid and with all the issues that were thrown at us Michelle managed to direct us through every single one without a stress in sight! If you want a hardworking, professional and all round lovely person to look after your mortgage/remortgage please get into contact with Michelle, you will not regret it!
