May 22,2023As we entered the mine field of remortgaging in this current climate we we're looking for an honest broker and these guy's we're great from start to finish. From the first call with Daryl going over the best deals and options then he passed us onto Chloe our case worker and the service from there was AMAZING. Chole was always available to answer any questions we had to put our mind at rest and was always available on the phone when we needed her. These guys really did take away the stress Great service!!!!!!!100% recommend these guys to handle your mortgage needs.

May 19,2023I had previous spoken to some in house mortgage advisors and was left feeling more confused than when I started. I was recommended Immediate Mortgage Solutions by a family friend and I cannot recommend the service enough. Hemal and Holly made the process so much easy and made a very stressful situation extremely manageable.

May 19,2023We completed on our house purchase September 2022. We’re first time buyers and didn’t even know where to start. Dan took so much time and patience to explain everything to us step by step. Nothing was too much for him. We honestly can’t thank him enough. Anyone who’s either buying their first home or just wants to know how it all happens, I always will recommend Dan. Without a doubt.

They gave us advice as we were first time buyers about what the process involved and talked us through each step checking we understand and what they recommended for us. I can’t thank them enough for how helpful they have been. I would happily recommend them to anyone going through this process and when we come to remortgage I would definitely be using them.

Apr 11,2023After being recommended immediate by a close friend, Chloe and Holly have both been assisting me in finding my first ever mortgage. I have had no experience buying property and I was hesitant I would even be approved for a mortgage given a poor payment history but Chloe has been fantastic in finding me a mortgage which has now been offered to me and I am just now waiting on the solicitors. Chloe has helped me understand everything, kept me up-to-date each step of the way with fantastic response times! Mar 27,2023Brilliant service. Dan is really knowledgable and was a massive help for us when we were renewing our mortgage. With interest rates being so high it was a very worrying time for us when we knew we had to renew. But Dan discussed all of the options with us and made the process really simple.

May 22,2023Chloe made the whole process simple, right from the start going through details she diligently reviewed and questioned where required. My remortgage wasn’t the most simple but she chased the relevant teams where needed, constantly keeping me updated where the process was without me needing to get involved. She also explained items for both the mortgage and insurances in simple terms and was able to answer all questions I had. Having had several advisors before who I thought had done a good job, Chloe went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and would fully recommend her to anyone and will be using again when required!
