Overall, the class was very good. Nina was very knowledgeable and experienced with all aspect of digital marketing. I did feel that the class was a bit slow and was not geared toward all levels of digital marketers. At times, we did very basic level digital marketing, and for someone like me who is very familiar with digital marketing, it made me frustrated for the high price I had to pay. Perhaps dividing classes up based on skill level would be more helpful. I liked the examples and case studies. I felt as if there were lots of useful examples which could be applied to my company. I also liked going over all the tools available to us that can help us with various aspects of digital marketing such as email marketing, SEO, social listening, etc. Overall, it was a good refresher on all the latest digital marketing techniques!
I thought the course was very beneficial for users like myself that only has a brief understanding on Google Analytics and how to navigate and use the tool. My instructor was very personable and tried to ask any questions we had as a group. He also tried to make the course as interactive as the lesson allowed him to.
overall - the class was good, but i didn't feel like it was for all levels. i am a fairly experienced digital marketer but i felt like the class was extremely beginner. however, i did appreciate the trainer not going through all of the intro material in extreme detail and took time to answer questions. also, the organization of the class could have been improved upon. the day the class was scheduled, there was a lot of snow. most offices were closed. we were told the class was still on, but our classroom was locked and for about 2 hours we sat waiting for someone to come open the room because no one was in the building before that. as a result, the course felt a lot more rushed (especially on the second day).
This was a very helpful course, Sean was a great instructor! He provided lots of useful tools to boost our marketing strategies while explaining all (old and new) concepts and terms. I highly recommend it!
Relentless spam emails, almost daily (for months) about social media training, from a company whose own social media presence is mediocre, at best. Alternatively, Imparture could offer a course in what it entails for a business to remain compliant with the FTC CAN-SPAM Act (2003) which makes companies like Imparture subject to penalties of up to $41,484 for this kind of soliciting. This is because adding my name to an email marketing list, without my consent and forcing me to unsubscribe in order to opt-out, is a violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. This is when a ZERO star would come in handy.

It was great! Really like that it was a small group so all of my questions where answered. Everything was well explained and the instructor would go the extra mile giving examples with every to make sure we understood.
The information and resources for the files were beneficial. The instructor had a strong grasp of the information and provided good information.
I thought the instructor was good and very knowledgable. However, I am not sure if this was imparture or the instructor but he seemed to want to stick to the material instead of talk about his PM experience. Some of the material was very common sense while other was useful.
The class was exceptional. The instructor had a great mix of real-world and theory to apply to each part of the course. It was a very good investment of the two days.
Very beneficial for improving or just starting your social presence. Loved the instructor and super helpful info you get to keep after class! I love that aspect of it. Being able to look at power point and video for reference is helpful as I am still developing all I want to do.
Imparture Training's online sessions are informative, easy to follow and understand, and the materials are on the latest and best tools and techniques for social media. The trainer is obviously highly qualified and passionate about the subjects, and explains in depth to the group and includes everyone conversation about how they do things at their jobs, etc.. It gives you great insight into how social media is managed, etc., at other businesses.
My experience with Imparture was great. The instructor was very knowledgeable and he made the material easy to understand using real life examples that was work related to each person in the room.
Sonja was a great trainer. The size of the class was excellent as well. The groups was able to engage freely and ask questions that were extremely useful. My only issue was the amount of material covered in such a short period of time. Going in, I had no idea it would be such an enormous flood of information. While I am familiar with most of the social media we discussed, I had no idea the powerful uses at my disposal. I recommend offering separate, one-day classes that can delve more deeply into each social media platform.
I attended the Digital Product Manager workshop at the beginning of January in London. The trainer, Andrew Lloyd-Gordon, was excellent. He knew his stuff, and ran the course at a very comfortable pace. The input from Imparture however, was very poor. There were no printed course notes, no name tents, they supplied absolutely nothing. The only thing on our desk when we arrived was a few sheets of paper and a pen, both branded by the venue, not Imparture. When you are paying this sort of money for a workshop, I would expect that there was a slide pack, and even a reference book.
Imparture breaks one simple rule of not sending unsolicited spam email - I never heard of them before today, and definitely didn't subscribe to their emails.

I would highly recommend the Google Analytics course. The instructor went above and beyond, customizing the course to the attendees and providing lots of hands-on practice, and I learned a huge amount in two days. The signup process was quick and easy, with fast and friendly communication throughout.
I attended the Social Media Marketing Immersive with Sean and everything was outstanding! He was knowledgeable about every platform, gave tips to each of the attendees based on our particular issues and organizations and was a genuinely nice guy!
