I've resurrected a three year old Bath Lift Belt, which needed a number of missing parts and despite the company's excellent and detailed accessory website, I still managed to order a new shell for the machine, thinking that it was a shower protection cover. Independent4life called me first thing the next day to talk through my order and quickly realised that I had ordered the wrong thing and they amended the order saving me £80, which they credited back to my card within the hour. I believe that this very positive and honourable approach will give other senior users, who may be nervous about dealing with a hither-to unknown firm, the confidence to trust in Independt4Life. I cannot praise them highly enough - believe me! David

Great quality and fitted well only problem was the seal was missing for the part that screws from the top through the tray so it was a good job I could use my existing seal.

I Ordered a set of mobility shower doors and items for a customer, but unfortunately my customer cancelled due to ill health,they were take to a care home, Independent 4life refunded me immediately with no fuss, I will be using them again in the future.

I had previously found it difficult to find a particular type of kitchen baskets on runners as the space I had was quite small. However, Independent4life had a good selection of baskets and runners and I was able to find exactly what I needed. They were delivered in a couple of days, with no fuss, just what I like.
