The bath belt failed and it is stuck across the bath which means I can not shower either. The provider said it was the battery you sent me another immediately, not knowing it was an emergency, unfortunately it is not the Battery as it is still not working but that is not your fault. Thankyou so much for your prompt attention.

I needed a Gerberit toilet part in a hurry. They managed to source it and to avoid delays, collected it in person and then sent it out for next day delivery, which arrived on time. The part itself was only £50, yet I still received such excellent service. Fantastic, good old fashioned service, 10/10.
