Mar 18,2025It's good, there are always things to do but when needing updates they are there to help. If you want to make changes or improve your system they give you a price so you can evolve what you started with. They do follow your script, so if you have an idea how it will work write down and if there are any confusions later on just show them what you guys agreed on. I'm still using them and planning on improving my plattform more by time.

Mar 03,2025We are now working since 5 month together, we started with a basic version of MLM software and all of our team was satisfied. now month by month we are implementing more modules and also individual wishes and I have to say if we do our job with clear explanations than it is always working great. Even if we have a miss understanding everyone is well available to get the things working as needed. I am highly satisfied and can give a clear 5 star rating. I've worked with a lot of companies and most of them have horrible attitudes even if they get the job done (mostly because there aren't many software companies in certain niches so the arrogance is astounding) They are very responsive. I will say you must be very specific with what you need otherwise if it isn't in the initial proposal it will have to be additional work. This experience has been much more pleasant than many other US-based companies i've worked with in the last 15 years. I'd recommend a throughly detailed plan down to the very last requirement otherwise and also as with any project you should comfortably budget for double (even if you don't spend the entire amount) They will work with you until it is done right. Have a written out, clear and concise plan before starting the project with *every detail* in place and you will have a robust software suite with a responsive team.

This software made managing my network as easy as pie. The dashboard is really simple, and I could track all the activities there. As the members of my network were spread all across the world, the multi-language and currency support of the software really helped my business. Their support team is very dedicated and they helped me immensely through every step of the process. Some minor miscommunication issues. Overall I am very much satisfied with the product. I would gladly recommend it to my fellow network marketers.

Jun 12,2020I have been trying to develop a customer retention program for my small business and needed a software program to achieving it. Surfed the Web and stumbled on INIFINITE MLM SOFTWARE and this company promised to offer me the software after payment. I proceed in transferring the money via my Debit Card as agreed and they started asking for more money saying what I ordered isn't the agreed amount and asking me to pay TWICE the amount. I gave them time to do a refund and they bluntly refused. BEWARE AND RUN FOR AWAY FROM THEM!!! DON'T BE A VICTIM! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

They have completely ignored my emails requesting either a refund or to fulfill my order. I would recommend staying far away from these scammers and taking your business elsewhere. Unless of course you want to get scammed like me. Shame on you scam artist for taking my money.
