Sep 07,2024Company buys fake reviews to make you think theyre trustworthy. They really aren't. Go and read the 5 star reviews and read how fake they sound compared to the less shining reviews. This company is clearly not honest and you would do well to not trust them. And trust me, the response they are likely to give this review where they try and look like theyre a company that cares by addressing every negative review personally is total BS. It's all an empty PR exercise. Avoid this company, they are rotten. The premium you pay is their pure profit and the customer service advisors it's just their job to delay and delay and deny you your claim if you ever need to make one. Avoid. Edit: As expected. A generic probably AI generated PR response. Avoid this company if you value your mental peace.

Sep 03,2024I WAS NEVER INSURED AT ALL. ***** BEWARE ***** Turns out that if you have bought a phone on Facebook Marketplace you are not insured. Smallprint. You do get a refund surprisingly easily tho which makes me think this is a nice little earner for them. Take the money and if you do get caught out. Pay it back, if no claim then they are quids in. MAKE THIS CLEARER WHILST SIGNING UP.
