Aug 22,2024Made the claim on 3rd, required many documents to be submitted, more than usual, also went to the validation team for a telephone call which lasted about 50 minutes but I was completely honest about what happened to my devices, 2 phones lost or stolen from my pocket, they have now been approved and awaiting excess payment but I called up and asked if I could pay next week when I'm paid and they said that was fine. Overall very happy with the outcome, just hopefully they source the same colours for me.
