I have been a customer for nearly a year and I had to make my first claim on my Samsung a flip 4 as the front camera was dented and there was a problem with the battery. I sent my phone to them at 11am on Monday and it was delivered back to me on Thursday at 8am, the speed the service was outstanding, any emails I sent were responded to immediately and the most amazing bit, my phone was delivered back in brand new condition, they fixed problems I hadn’t even raised, it had all new protectors on it, the phone was soo perfect I had to double check it was the phone I sent away and it was! Very thankful for such a professional speedy service.

They sent me a faulty device and because I dropped the device 1 time and showed a picture of the minor damage they are now stating that I must start a new claim and pay excess. The fault has nothing to do with me dropping the phone. The warranty never said anything about voids. All because I asked for them to send postage and packaging for me to return the device. They are scammers and do not deal with customers properly. The staff all give different information when you call or email them with the same thing. Their opening hours are unconventional compared to other insurance companies. This company is absolutely disgusting! Do not insure anything with them.
