I had previously used them for mobile phone insurance as they offered value for money and had dealt with claims for a smashed screen very efficiently. When my cover expired I was very happy to renew. Staff have been friendly and extremely helpful whenever I have had reason to contact them. Their customer service is excellent.

Simple and easy process to insure phone. I already had a device covered and wanted to add a second. I had to take out a whole new policy. Would be better to be able to add a second device to current policy rather than having to take out a second policy, there could have been more savings on insuring 2 devices.

I was recommended this company by my brother, but I’ve had terrible experience with them. Takes way too long to handle claim. Wrongly advertised and will go to extreme lengths to reject your claim. They gave me the most stupid reason to reject my claim, saying “the phone wasn’t used ENOUGH with the sim”, who in this age uses phone to make direct calls ? most people make calls on WhatsApp and FaceTime. I provided them with a year long network bill that shows that I hardly use phone to make calls. But they couldn’t give me an answer. EE doesn’t provide with itimised bill, so I sent them the screenshot from previous claim, but they wouldn’t accept that, if a network provider doesn’t provide itimised bill once why would they provide any other time. The usage proof should be enough to see that the phone is being used with the sim. But this company, like I mention, will go to everything to reject your claim. I had to make a complain to the complaint department and was told that the complain will be handled within 3 days, it took them over 8 days to answer. And you what the stupid thing is, they were still taking my monthly payment, when I don’t even have a phone to insure. Does that make sense to anyone. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST
