My card had expired for my yearly payment and I tried to renew it on line but had great difficulty. I phoned insurance 2go and a Helen was so patient and helpful and together we managed to get my payment done. Helen was amazing thanks again

Having decided to (finally!) insure my phone (after my daughter got her one stolen) I tried several well-known comparison sites and they all (with the exception of Insurance2go) REFUSED to insure my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra as it had been bought from Amazon (at a great price!) and was REFURBISHED and not bought directly from one of the mobile companies. The cover was at a very reasonable price and their website was super easy to use too. All necessary documentation was immediately received via e-mail and the direct debit was created at the same time. Of course, fortunately for the moment, I have not had to claim but I already feel "safe" and "happy" with this company. Check them out - I'm sure you will agree with me!! Finally, I'm NOT being paid for this review nor am I employed by this company. Very highly recommended!!
