She had dropped it and while the screen itself wasn’t smashed the inside was damaged with lines etc. sent recorded delivery from (NI) and the phone was fixed and sent back within 2 days. Thank you so much!! Absolutely speechless at the speedy competent service. Would recommend to anyone.

Oct 25,2023My policy was on auto renewal but had an e mail from world pay saying card failure on contacting yourself was advised to call world pay who told me to contact yourselves not a great way to support customer Adviser I spoke to was helpful but couldn’t resolve my problem which was giving a new card payment

Oct 19,2023I dropped my phone and it created a bunch of issues, my screen wasn't working, phone wasn't unfolding fully and sound didn't work at all. My claim was approved the same day I submitted it, sent my phone over, a few days later they informed me that a new device is on its way, next day I had the device. The whole process took 5 working days after they received it. New phone was in pristine condition, not a single scratch on it.

Oct 18,2023Unfortunately the screen on my Samsung ZFlip 3 broke recently. Thankfully I had insurance through insurance2 go as the phone is less than 2 years old. I initially made the claim online through a portal which was accepted straight away and was so easy to set up. I packed the phone and sent it via Royal Mail the following morning using a tracked service. The phone arrived at the facility on the Thursday morning. They updated the portal and the phone was repaired and returned to me on the following Wednesday. Excellent service, super quick and painless. Thank you so much.

Nov 07,2023Really helpful and easy process to buy policy. Haven’t claimed so don’t know about that but it seems to offer a lot more benefits than apple care with loss and theft and cheaper. I’ve chosen this insurer as I believe I will be treated better than I have been with apple insurance.
