Dec 02,2023even 1star is too much.. before i booked insurance from them i explained my situation they said thats fine dont worry and booked friday,paid straight away..tuesday i send all my last document they said we cant accept it so i had to cancel (29/11) it, even i reminded them what they told me few days before , answer was just sorry.. and they charged my 50£ for cancellation day before starting.. never seen like this service somewhere else they just lie and get few pounds..today 01/12 still havent recieved money which they told me urget cancellation

Emma called me and was absolutely brilliant, and, patient. She looked at every alternative for our motorhome insurance and came up with an agreeable price. We have also taken out car insurance. Hope we don't need to call on their services but my first contact has been encouraging.
