I needed to make a change to my policy requirement after I'd paid the premium (I forgot to add spouse as a named driver) but there was no problem doing so, was simple to do and no additional admin fees either. A good start. Thank you insurd.

Not only the best priced insurance for our campervan but excellent customer service. Swift polite call following a comparison site quote and then really fast response to me email queries and the opportunity to talk on the phone and always the same staff member. The staff member was well informed, helped me with my queries and made the experience 100% better than my previous insurer.

I have been looking for insurance quotes to run a private taxi, this is my year of starting soon and first time dealing with this matter and Tiffany explained everything that was needed, as a lot of other companies were stating one price online then a lot higher prices when you actually speak with them, our quote was similar to what we where quoted online but I did add a couple of additions to the policy hence it was a little dearer but that was my choice. It was nice to get a similar price to what I was expecting instead of it being hiked up.it was nice to be able to talk to a human too, not go through numerous numbers to get to where you need to be and the phone being answered almost straight away I think the personal touches nowadays have really gone so keep up this nice touch that your company has it is appreciated. The other nice thing is we can always send her an email with the relevant documents we need to send and she will pass this information over to the insurers on our behalf. Thanks TIFFANY for your help and guidance today. So far I would recommend this company.

I had been doing tortuous search of insurers for motorhome having had renewal come in +50% on last year, had quote from "Insurd", even beating last year's price, had never heard of them so was doubtful, however after reading reviews I was about to contact them, when Ashley phoned me, she made it so easy, even looking at other alternatives to save money, Thanks Ashley
