Sep 15,2021Absolutely disgraceful! I drew €300 euros out at Stansted from an ICE ATM and was charged £325! I was obviously shown the exchange rate before agreeing, and it was my own fault as I presumed it would be a little higher but didn’t check…not realising I was being robbed blind! Lesson learnt, but what a total rip off. Commission Free? Dick Turpin more like.

Sep 10,2021ICE's exchange rates were poor compared to other currency exchange companies. I ordered my currency in advance via their website and understood that I would get a preferential rate for doing so however, when I got to the airport, the rate was somewhat lower than what I expected. I'll be ordering elsewhere next time I go abroad.

My only concern was that I asked for the money to be delivered at the weekend when I was going to be home, it was in face delivered early and was put through the letter box, not signed for and not handed to myself or my husband,

Aug 08,2021The service was excellent but unfortunatey I Received euros instead of GB currency i needed. However it was my mistake as I didn’t realise ICE only dealt with foreign currency. I returned the Eros for refund but lost money because of the exchange rate

Sep 26,2021We bought Hungarian currency from the ice counter t1 on Thursday 23rd September the exchange rate was a little higher than expected but we were glad to exchange our money but we were absolutely appalled and mortified to be refused entry to a venue because the money we received from ice was no longer legal tender in Hungary and to add insult we were refused an exchange of the untenable money when we arrived back into Ireland yesterday were the clerk informed us it was no longer in use and refused to believe we received it from them because the denomination breakdown was not on the receipt I am absolutely furious and would not recommend their service
