Feb 29,2020ICE offered the best rate of exchange for Euros on the day--as long as you obtain an online voucher, which is very important as, otherwise, you will get a worse rate than other exchange companies. Ease of collection on Waterloo station concourse and friendly staff all helped to give a positive experience.
