Sep 30,2023You got me a third time by selling THE SAME out of spec ice bags you were supposedly fixing the first of the year 2023. I see you still haven't corrected the issue, that's an unfortunate integrity violation. Now selling the faulty bags thru "icebagsdirect", I never would have utilized this vendor had I known InterPlas was behind the scene. What's the end game, move all the bags off your books while not having to show an entire lost inventory after a poor manufacturing mishap? At what, the expense of all of us buying the product while you put our books and businesses at risk? Just send the correct bags from your U.S. plant the first time and call the other bags a loss, do what's right. This type of sleazy business doesn't look good on you.
