Dec 10,2024I've always had great customer service experience. Prompt responses, any delay in response was usually on my end because the email would go into junk folder for no reason or I didn't check the email for a couple of days.

Dec 08,2024Horrible company. Bottle didn't work properly. Counted down at three minutes running time instead the of the five or ten minutes in the instructions. Hardly any hydrogen bubbles, and water smells like chlorine, even though chlorine-free water runs in it. No refund or an address to ship it back to, as their refund portal is disabled. Franz and Angelikah are just the owners masquerading as customer service people. No chance of a refund or a replacement Never do business with these jerks.

(My family members have one too). They sent me a wonderful coupon, however I had already ordered, so they refunded me the value of the coupon (no other company would do that)!!! I love this company and their products.

When I saw your "buy one get one 1/2 off" offer I knew it was time to get one for myself and my GF. Now I see why Ionbottle has such a good reputation. Your bottles are affordable and very well designed. I feel the mental clarity, emotional uplift and energizing effect when I drink it. Thank you!

Oct 28,20246 months later it smells like bleach. Paint on the bottom is coming off. The customer service for the company is robotic and non existent. I wasted my money and no longer going to waste my time trying to get any kind of satisfactory response from them. Pay a little more and use another company for your hydrogen water bottle.
