Jul 09,2024I’ve had my triton sport bottle for less than 3 weeks.. and it’s leaking like a broken dam. I have not misused it, have not exposed it to any harsh conditions, and allow nobody else to use it. Yesterday, July 7 2024 it worked great.. today July 8 2024 it starts pouring water out as soon as it’s flipped upside down ! I paid good money for this product, and for it to only last 2-3 weeks is unacceptable !

Jun 28,2024f. horrible company. zero customer support. They jerk you around so that you must put in a credit card dispute. I purchased 2 bottles, and one was put together wrong. I sent them pics, and just asked for a replacement, but no. They are useless, their customer support # just hangs up, so they suck royally.!!!!!!

Jun 26,2024I purchased both the Original and the Pro to have one at home and work. I prefer the self clean function of the Pro but both are great. The instructions that come with the Original are actually meant for the Pro but I didn’t know that at the time. I emailed the company and got a quick and courteous response with an apology for the confusion. My bottles both work great and hold a charge all week. Ionbottles are great to work with and are super helpful when you have questions. I haven’t identified any benefits but trust the science.

Jun 23,2024Ordering process was simple and was delivered through USPS and tracking updates provided. The white seal that is on the bottom of the bottle has had to be adjusted a few times because there were small leaks (on both our bottles) but working well after that. Too soon for any benefits yet, other than encouraging us to drink even more water.

I contact the company and explain whats happen, without any questions they send me a new one. The shipping was fast. I highly recommend this products not only because the products and the water is fantastic but also because I'm myself a business owner. When you stand behind your clients like IONBottles he say a lot about the products. Thank you again.

Jun 21,2024Although I haven't had an opportunity yet to use my Ion bottle and evaluate how it has benefited my health, the help I received from customer service has been wonderful. I had to contact customer service when I had a problem with my order. Within minutes of emailing them I received a response, and they quickly let me know they are sending out a replacement item. The very next day I received another message saying they were preparing to ship. The person was very nice and worked quickly to help me. I'm putting the Ion bottles on my list for future gifts. Highly recommend this company.

Jul 11,2024I still think people have to be careful in the health space. I got sick with indigestion and almost a detox feeling when I drank the water. My concern also is how does mold not grow in the lid? Always remember just because companies and influencers promote products they don't always work for everyone.
