I’m receiving mail that are not mine. Though some how seems to have my name in an LLC though spelled slightly different. I love the service from the vendor but I would not be happy in paying for mail that are junk mail/advertising promotions. I’m not a hundred percent how I feel about this. I also tried to use it for business banking and DUNES & Bradstreet and they do not accept this address as a business address at all. I would actually like to cancel it.

The Laredo office is not responding regarding my form. The support person was able to assist in escalating my request. Although they couldn’t even get in touch with the Laredo office, they assured me they would assist and cover the cost of resolving my issue. Great support service. The only downside is the service chat takes a while to get with an agent.

I found I-postal as a useful remote help desk gadget which you can rely on, and give orders for handling your postal demands as you wish, although lower prices of bundles can attract much more my attention !
