I have an account with a Staples location in Virginia. My mail was delivered a week ago and they have not informed the system. I called the managers to complain (Cyril and Jerry) and was told they were too busy and will get to it when they were ready. My mail being updated a week or two weeks after it arrived is disgraceful. I notified corporate tracked the email and saw that they read it and reviewed the evidence but did not response. I had to file with the BBB and State Attorney General Fraud Office because they basically gave me the middle finger. It's been 8 days and the policy is 24 hours. They wrote an empty apology but defended the behavior which indicates why it is allowed. They do not have an issue with the behavior for employees to fear unprofessional or lazy work ethics. Setting up iPostal is not the easiest process. Getting all the proper notarized documents can be a hassle. However, when I called the 800 help line they made it simple. Restored my faith in their system.
Can't say thank you enough. I have had a problem with the notary for my 1583 for months. I was expecting a payroll check in the mail and received an email that my mail would be returned to sender. I forget the young ladies name that helped me but she resolved the notary issue, got my account cleared for setup and I was able to pick up my mail/payroll check and save my business.

I got a mailbox at Staples. An amazon package whch was delivered yesterday was not even updated in the mailbox. On calling the Staples, I asked twice and the representative was not able to find the package. Only after telling the name of the person who received the package, I was told that some trainees were working yesterday and today and they kept the packages some where they should not have kept and hence the package could not be found. This was the one I was tracking on Amazon website. How do you expect us to trust this service for the packages we don’t know would be arriving? What if they get lost? Sorry but I am having a bad experience.
