Feb 13,2025IRA was a great partner from the beginning in setting up my business - what differentiated them was the setup fee (which was great compared to competition), and response time to address questions/follow-up as needed (via scheduling for typical response within a day). From the moment I interacted with Jennifer Dann, who was prompt and available to answer questions per above to Maria Esposito who handled the transaction, explained/narrated the process clarified numerous questions and setup the entity to even assisting with transfer of funds, it was overall a great experience. Only hiccup was they don't include tracking info on wire transfers (you have to ask) and I discovered it didn't happen as thought. Once I followed up, the team was very responsive in resolving in a day or two. I look next to setup my self-directed IRA funds. Overall a great experience...

Feb 19,2025Do not open account. Fees are about $500 a year for a simple crypto SDIRA and they charge you $300 to close your account! What a scam. Now that banks can custody crypto this company will probably go under.
