Mar 13,2024I mistakenly put in the county reg of my old van when ordering plates for my new van, I immediately realized the mistake and I tried numerous calls to the office to notify them only for the line to be engaged for over an hour. I also emailed apologizing for my mistake and that I had tried calling numerous times only to receive a one line response telling me "its done and cant be altered" brutal customer service.

Apr 12,2018Swiftly delivered? More like "we send it via the cheapest An Post delivery and it will get to you when it will". The delivery took 12 days!! Ordered on early Wednesday morning and only got dispatch confirmation the next day in the afternoon. There was a bank holiday Friday and Monday, but by it was supposed to be on its way since Wednesday afternoon (going by promise of same day shipping). I only received it the following week on Monday. Also, standard order is one plate. How stupid is that. Next time I'll buy locally, waiting for domestic shipping for 12 days is a joke. And your man was pretty unfazed by it. No apology or anything. Just wait, it's on its way... Will definitely not be buying again nor recommending...

Aug 11,2024Sent my plate to the wrong address....I had to buy a plate locally ... They did apologise but it was too late.. perhaps they should read the orders properly.. Not recommended..
