It is hard to find the words to say how extraordinarily good IRRO is as a charter company, and their people are with which to work.

Oct 17,2024Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. Despite numerous negative reviews, it appears that the company is actively removing them. My experience was especially disappointing due to the unprofessional conduct of the female manager who served me. She was unable to communicate properly in Russian, and when my colleagues tried to speak to her in English, it was still unsuccessful and quite rude. Perhaps the issue is that you don't want to serve clients from Russia, which have a market in Germany?

Oct 08,2024We are an event company and often book different forms of transportations across Europe, US, and Asia. This is the first time we have not been able to find a way to communicate with a provider. From driver being late to multiple miscommunications about arrival and departure times, to then being charged extra for the arrival of the bus earlier than requested on one of the days. You also cannot get to talk to any management as it seems that 1 person does multiple things and does not care to find a solution. This is the first time we are writing a negative feedback to anyone. This company might be ok for some travel tours etc but for corporate events and bookings which require precision and proper correspondence, they are simply not knowledgeable enough.

Sep 06,2024We found IRRO Charter and learn about the service from internet and booked a coach from 28 February 2024 to 02 March 2024 when we were traveling on business trip from Zurich to Munich to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. The coach was clean, convenient and the driver was professional. There is no toilet in the bus but the bus stop was a very nice experience. Clean toilet and good selections of food and snacks. I think there is no WIFI in our bus, maybe you can request it. We will definitely book IRRO Charter again for our next trip in Europe.

Sep 05,2024Zweimal haben wir in den letzten beiden Jahren einen Bus bei Irro Charter für eine 6tägige Exkursion mit Studierenden besorgt. Beide Male war die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Busfahrer sehr schwierig. Offensichtlich hatte er von seinem Einsatz nur Stunden vorher erfahren. Einmal musste er die Fahrt für private Besorgungen unterbrechen, ohne dem Reiseleiter oder dem Jotel Bescheid zu geben. Es scheint, als habe keine vorherige Einweisung stattgefunden. So haben sich die Fahrer mehrmals geweigert, die Fahrt wie gebucht durchzuführen. Ihr Umgang mit den Gästen war ausnehmend unfreundlich. Der Ablauf der Reise musste gegen den Busfahrer durchgesetzt werden. Ich kann Irro Charter daher nicht empfehlen.

They are always easy to work with, provide excellent service and offer great prices. I look forward to working with them for many more years.

Sep 05,2024Very unprofessional company. One of their drivers was speaking on the phone will driving and was reported by the tour leader of our group. She was not the best in her delivery in the communication with the driver, but was absolutely correct in requesting to not use the cell while driving. The driver decided to not work anymore with the tour leader, Irro acepted his decision and left the group without bus service on day 4 of 26 of the trip. No refund ever happened. Also I have asked them to take my email address out of their data base and I still continue receiving the newsletter and this request to express my opinion of Irro. Well, here it is: I would not book with them ever again or would recomend anyone to do so.

Feb 27,2025Irro organised a fabulous bus trip for us. Everything went very well and the group enjoyed the trip and the day immensely. Harry our driver gave excellent service and his English is very good. We would certainly recommend Irro for anyone wanting a bus charter.
