I had been looking for a job in a pastoral role in a school for 6 months, with no luck. Holly immediately gave me personalised options, as well catering her search to fit my salary expectations, my ambitions and making sure she found a placement which was within cycling distance. She found me an ideal placement at a new role within a high school. They pay is great, and the role itself seems super interesting and fit for my experience and skills. All throughout the process she was a superb communicator, both between the agency and the client as well as preparing me very well for the interview. Very understanding, an appropriate school very quickly, seemed to legitimately care about finding me a suitable position. Would recommend. Only complaint is that the timesheet system could be a little more user-friendly, particularly in optimisation for mobile devices.
