Nov 09,2022I have been working with Joe from i-teachers who has been extremely helpful in finding and securing this role. He would regularly update me and let me know anything and everything I needed to know throughout this process. Great transparency. Definitely could not have had a better person to help assist me. Update: Joe was only around for about a week once I started work, as he was moving positions. I had some issues with transparency with pay. I was basically told it was a misunderstand on my part, but really it was down to a lack of direct transparency and communication. I also was suddenly dropped from the role out of the blue after a month. I was never given actual reasoning as to why, even contacted the agent who had previously helped me during my role for more information, and haven’t been contacted since. The company is good at finding jobs, but communication and transparency is highly lacking.

Jess has been really helpful and supportive when it came to finding me a placement and preparation for my interview at the school. Communication is really good through I-teachers and an efficient way to find a placement. Thanks to Jess I was placed in a really lovely school and the process was super fast; I applied and got my placement within 2 weeks!

Was really helpful to have direct contact with someone who knew what was needed at each step along the way, plus I think it's really good that I-Teachers has worked regularly with specific schools. I felt very prepared for the interview from the information Holly sent me, and I felt like the role that I interviewed for matched well with what I was looking for in a job role especially as a recent graduate.

The amount of effort and time she put into helping me through the process is unbelievable. She provided me with all the information and even spent a morning with me to prepare for the interview.
