He has gone above and far beyond the call of duty to help every time. However for me, being a suspicious person at the best of times, the most important factor is that Paul is 100% trustworthy. Aug 27,2021Paul from ICFT Computers recently worked on my VERY SLOW laptop which I was about to replace and what a brilliant job he has done of it. Paul seemed knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to rectify. The laptop came back within the week and to say it is now fast is an understatement! He saved all my documents, photos etc and reloaded them before returning the laptop to me and even connected my printer back up remotely. I would totally recommend this company to anyone needing help with their IT equipment.

All through the process Paul was just the other end of email to talk me through any queries I had, with nothing being too much trouble. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend him.

Paul’s identified a range of problems and once we agreed on the work to be carried out he fixed the laptop and tested it extensively before handing it back to me to ensure it works fine. Now I’ve got a newish laptop. I liked not only the expertise but the communication and responsiveness too.

Our son is delighted with his PC, which not only looks amazing but offers a fantastic gaming experience. The fact that the PC has a warranty is a big advantage. Paul has also been willingly on hand when we have had probably stupid technical questions! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
