Terrible customer service- very poor quality of clothing- very difficult company to work with - will not do refund for ANY reason — very dissatisfied one time customer!! They will automatically deduct $50.00 dollars and will not pay for you to return item - they will not send a shipping label - so it’s basically a dead end if you are unhappy with purchase - very dissatisfied

Nov 12,2021Real and trustworthy business — Got the jacket depicted on the site. Some small details are a bit different but the jacket is comfortable and high quality, so it's not a problem. Make sure to check the return/exchange policy or you'll end up losing $60 for picking the wrong size! Unfortunately that's pretty much what happened to me. :/ Customer service is very responsive and does their best to help out.

Jul 18,2021I purchased a green corduroy Little Joe Cartwright jacket like the one Michael Landon wore on Bonanza. Very well made and as close as I could find to the original, given the price! I had to have my tailor do a couple of alterations. ( Their size small is more like a medium - large) But I am happy with it!! Special thanks to Jasril George and everyone @ Jackets Creator! Apr 07,2021I love the TV series “Yellowstone” and the actress Kelly Reilly wears this beautiful Lindsay Thornburg poncho that I HAD TO HAVE! Unfortunately the original was $1400 so I did some research and found this company. A representative emailed me with a video link on how to measure myself and I got the jacket less than 3 weeks later. It’s made beautifully and looks identical to the designer poncho I love so much. I will definitely order from here again!!

Mar 20,2021Horrible company. The quality of the jacket was almost amusing, I thought it was a joke.. I purchased this for my father and got all his measurements and compared it to what is shown online and it didn’t match up at all. I was super embarrassed when my Dad opened the package, not only because of the horrible jacket that was sent but the nasty strong smell of gasoline all over the jacket. Then, shipping took FOREVER! I reached out to customer service SO many times and no response for weeks and weeks. By the time they did respond it was “past the 30 day return” period and they didn’t want to help me at all. They actually just tried to blame me for everything? I am just so disappointed in everything dealing with this company and would advise you to just stay away. Oh, and another thing - the company makes you believe they are based out of California, which is a lie. The package came from another country!

Mar 15,2021I just received my ghost in the shell major jacket and am very happy with it. The delivery took 4 weeks after I placed the order. I give 4 stars, because the first part of the sleeve is supposed to be longer, this is one feature which makes this jacket so unique in my opinion and is missing. The jacket is nevertheless pretty futuristic.

Feb 01,2021I ordered already three jackets from Jackets Creator and they are all perfectly fitting and look accurate as the videogame versions from which they are. The material was always high-quality. The three jackets are the Devil May Cry 5 Nero Trench Coat, the Devil May Cry 4 Nero Trench Coat and the Devil May Cry 4 Nero Red Vest. They made the DMC4 Nero Trench Coat out from scratch and a customized version of the Red Vest for me. The support was very open for detail changes and they gave all their best to make me the jackets that I want. I give you the advice to send them as much pictures of the jackets you want to create as possible from different angels and mark all the details that are important to you, right from the start, so that they can't overlook something. A great thing about their jackets is that you can also have a custom made version of them if you send Jackets Creator your body measurements. They have a Youtube video where it's shown how you take them correctly. It's also great that they have the option for a male or a female version for all their jackets, at least for what I've seen. I highly recommend their products!

Jan 08,2021Very rude response when I was simply trying to exchange a jacket for a larger size. The jacket was supposed to be a men’s XL, but by the zipper placement and fit, we are convinced it’s a female jacket. Regardless I was just going to get a size bigger and the guy was condescending and rude about the simple request. Wants to charge me $60 fee, um no. This is a terrible policy and I will not support this business.

Jan 06,2021I ordered a look a like jacket that Kacey Dutton wore on Yellowstone. When I received the jacket the lining was torn and the color was way off. The man I messaged told me to take it outside and get dirt on it to make it look worn. The jacket I received looked like a piece of Bacon and very shiny. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, $189 is a lot of money for what I received. My child and myself was highly disappointed.

Jan 06,2021Tried to get my wife a jacket the one that was worn in the last episode of Queens gambit the white one. Try to get it right before Christmas he didn’t come before Christmas and I ordered it almost a month in advance. What showed up at my door with some trash. A high school kid could’ve did way better with a pattern. The jacket look like A white wall cloth with a sad lining in it and three buttons it had more wrinkles than a tired old man. I didn’t give this to my wife for Christmas that’s how bad it looked. I asked for refund and you know how the story goes. Oh we did our part it’ll cost you $50 to send it back that’s if we give you a refund. I got hustled. So I hope this review helps the next person. Don’t play checkers make sure you plan chess. Checkmate.

Jan 07,2022Total scam. The items come from Karachi, PK. The website has nothing that says this, show Los Angeles, CA. Jacket is crap - colors are faded, not worth the price and runs very small adult sizes should be youth. Horrible customer service. They do not ship items for at least 25 days after they debit your account. This is the other scam for their returns. Read the return section, you will not get a refund. Jasril George will not give you a refund. This is a scam DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER THIS IS.
