I've called several times - 1st time representative didn't understand what I was saying in ENGLISH, didn't know how to navigate or update delivery status and hung up on my the second call. I've also emails requesting a return/exchange for a jacket just purchased to the next size XXXL and I got this email rating your customer service - BELOW PAR, UNACCEPTABLE - NEVER AGAIN which I will share on every social media outlet possible!

Honestly amazing quality coat, the fabric snd seams were done nicely. Although the sleeves ran an inch longer than just might be my weird anatomy lol. Either way 10/10 quality would buy again!

The jacket didn’t look like the images, the quality was horrendous, the fit was terrible, and when I wanted to return it the customer service told me I’d have to pay for a $50 restocking fee which is half the price of the item and refused to acknowledge my dissatisfaction. Would never shop here again.
