Dec 08,2024I had a recent appointment last week.I had a sore right big toe that was very painful when I walked in my shoes.Had to resort to wearing slippers.Trina soaked my feet 1 at a time, as xhe worked on the toe & calluses. I talked to her non stop, & she listened all the while working on my feet. It was the day of the storm. The bus driver rushed her towards the end, & she still took the time to put my compression stocking on for me, all the while not rushing me. She has an answer for any foot problem you might have. She has a lot of experience. Thinks on her feet, & makes you feel like you are the only person in the world.Her foot massages at the end are to die for.By the timecI left, my feet felt like I was walking on air.Make an appointment. The rates are reasonable.You will NOT regret your decision.

Nov 01,2024Our clinic transitioned to Jane within the past year, and it was the best decision we could have made. We had wanted to make the switch for a long time, and Jane made the onboarding experience incredibly smooth. Their customer support team was extremely helpful every step of the way. Once we were set up, my only regret was not making the switch sooner! As an out-of-network physical therapy clinic, Jane has been a fantastic fit for us, especially after having tried multiple other systems in the past.

Not only is it user friendly for practitioners, but extremely easy for patients to navigate. We are continually impressed with the innovations within Jane's software but how they are also helping small businesses keep track of their success, stay on top of tasks and support us overall. We highly recommend Jane App as both a business tool and electronic medical records.

Aug 26,2024Jane has really gone downhill. Customer services was initially brilliant but now it’s very poor. Prices are very odd - whether you do 2 or 19 hours you are charged half a license. The group online platform simply doesn’t work and lost our company thousands of pounds. Please beware if you are thinking of signing up.

Aug 26,2024I chose Jane over so many EMRs because no one can match their patient/client interface. It’s so user friendly and easily has the BEST online scheduler. This has led to such easy bookings and a BUSY schedule! We love that Jane is a friendly company always striving to improve. We love the changes they bring annually and are proud to be a Jane App Office!

Aug 26,2024Jane is really great software. They truly have thought of everything. You can tell the developers are a detail-oriented group of people, and also that they love their job. All the little details are attended to. My patients love using Jane; I regularly get feedback that scheduling online is very easy, and so is rescheduling. I love how comprehensive it is as a combined EHR and online schedule. The reports section is amazing. You can see the numbers and assess how your practice is doing from many different angles. There are also some great features that you can use for marketing your practice/getting more patients on your schedule - automated Google review requests, for example, and sending automated reminders to patients who have fallen off the schedule. At the risk of being repetitive, they really have thought of everything. And their customer service is top-notch. They genuinely want to help you understand how to use the software to fit your practice. Highly recommended.

Jul 09,2024I have really appreciate the humanness of the team behind Jane. I have spoken to or met several Jane team members in the process of getting started and each person has been available, open, kind, and even funny. I didn't have that experience when trying to get questions answered by submitting a ticket in my old EMR. It's intuitive and straight-forward to use and I love how many new features are coming as they listen to the users. Jane embraces community in the way that I embrace community in my own work. This is huge.

May 03,2024I wish i turned to Jane software years ago. It has freed me from countless hours of liaising with clients over booking slots. It is so well designed and has been fined tuned it seems over years. My clients really like it too. The customer support has been the best i think i have received anywhere. Kim has given me hours of time getting me up and running and is a very skilled and creative communicator supporting me along the way to whatever has come up. Im so glad i took this route!
