Nov 14,2023The absolute worst ever. Paid 799:- for an IKEA delivery to be brought in, having just had knee surgery. Unfortunately handled by Jetpak / Gothenburg. Driver calls me 1.) cannot find the address 2.) calls to say the door is locked 3.) enters incorrect stairwell. I give him the code (previously submitted) and watch out the window for him, to help him find me. Appalled as he drives the wrong way up a one way pedestrian street, I sent him a text message to let him know. When he finally does pitch up, I ask him; "Did you know you went the wrong way on a one way street ? Wouldn't be good for your record if you get a citation. Did you not get the address, door code and stairwell I submitted?" A simple statement. A simple question. .....and he launches verbal abuse. Literally screaming at me, in my own home about MY attitude, even went so far as to attempt to insult me saying "no wonder you live alone", and continied on with futher snide, rude combative and antagonistoc comments as he's planted in MY front hall Absolutely deplorable, unprofessional, threatening, totally unaccepatable behaviour. I submit a complaint to JetPak, and his FratBoy superior calls me. Immediately and says: "I read your complaint and that's not what my driver says happened, so....I have to believe my driver" (i said not one single word) Talk about white-man privilege at it's best, no wonder the driver feels safe and secure with his carte-blanche macho-male arrogance in my home, just having graduated from The School of Bad Behaviour. His boss' attitude spoke volumes. Avoid using JetPak Gothenburg, at all costs. You most definitely do not want to feel unsafe, threatened, verbally abused and antagonised in your own home ! Do not let these dudes in. Anything could have happened and they'd have stood Thick as Thieves. Seriously scary stuff.

Oct 25,2023Har lige oplevet en af jeres biler tailgate mig indtil den kunne overhale, for så at tailgate den næste indtil den overhalede og kune lige nåede at trække ind sekundet før den ville være kollideret med en modkørende. Hvis chauffører er så pressede at de føler behov for at køre på den måde er det ikke en virksomhed jeg har lyst til at benytte mig af
