Feb 21,2019Hi, I ordered 3 pairs of Jilla leggings after falling in love with a pair purchased in the U.S. a few months ago. I have absolutely no complaints with the feel or fit and actually the old pair of leggings I bought are by far my favorite I have found. I searched a tons of stores in the U.S. before finally just ordering them off of your website because I liked them so much. Unfortunately, I don’t believe the 3 pairs I purchased were the same quality as the older pair I have. When I received my 3 new pair I was SO excited to wear these in the gym and I felt super confident putting them on. To my surprise the first day wearing these in the gym my husband came up to mid workout and told me that the Leggings were COMPLETELY see through and not to bend over. This was absolutely horrifying and disappointing. I don’t know if it is a defect in the recent leggings or what has happened but I cannot wear any of these leggings anywhere. I have already taken off the tags on all but one pair and don’t even know if it’s worth shipping back since I live in the U.S. I am very disappointed 🙁 I wish these weren’t see through because they are cute and fit great😑😤 Katie

Jan 21,2019I had a slightly rocky start with purchasing leggings that were unfortunately see through when I did anything like squats in them, however on mentioning this to Jilla one of their team - Olivia - got in touch and talked me through the best options for the training I do. She even went as far as to try a pair on and check if perhaps the next size up would work (being a small UK 8-10 I've bought a medium in the leggings and they give me the coverage I want but because of the material remain nice and fitted). I cannot fault the service I've had, I've been training in my new leggings (both marl which also proved a great suggestions from Olivia for coverage) and bought a long sleeve also and they all wear and wash well. I would definitely advise asking if you need help as the experience has been nothing but positive from that point. Huge thanks to the brilliant Olivia for your patience, help and going the extra mile. I'll definitely be recommending!

Jan 21,2019Very honest, trustworthy, and genuine! I got my items delivered and they came very quickly, including a tote bag and written note which made it feel very personal. Clothes are amazing quality at great prices, ordered more than I needed but trying to justify keeping it all as all are so comfy! Leggings have pockets for debit cards and jumpers are super warm and suitable for running whilst looking smart enough to wear to work.

I ordered a yoga leggings and bra set and the top wasn't quite the right fit and the customer services team (Olivia) was really helpful and sent me links to more supportive bras and let me know when their new line would be released. Quick and easy returns policy and the exchanged bra was sent very quickly and fits great!
