Nov 30,2022Haven’t received my parcel. The driver allegedly carded me yesterday because I wasn’t in, however I was in all day. I don’t have a card, and the photo proof is a photo of someone’s leg inside a van. I have now been notified that the parcel was delivered today, it wasn’t, the photo proof shows a parcel, and the corner of a front door, but not my front door. The delivery company also claim I signed for it, amazing how I managed to do that when the parcel didn’t reach me. Hopefully I will either get the parcel or a refund, I will update this review when either of those happen. Update: I now have my parcel, the delivery driver left it outside a house at the far end of my street, luckily the owners of that house dropped it off to me. So I now have it no thanks to APC the delivery company. Update: It’s now Friday evening and despite sending two emails to the company on Wednesday one to report the miss delivery and then one to let them know the delivery had arrived and what had happened, I am yet to receive a response to either of them, I believe you can only truly judge a company when something goes wrong, and based on this I won’t be placing any further orders. It’s now the 12th December, and still no response from either the company or the courier, speaks volumes really. I think the sarcastic comment from the company in reference to an apology really sums up their attitude to customers.

Nov 29,2022Ordering and delivery easy and super fast. But I'm disappointed with the chair I ordered. If I lean slightly to the side the chair tips over. Also there is no lumber support. It's a chair for a nail technician, but the back bit is so far back you have to lean right back to get any support which is ridiculous as you can't do your job if you sit back. So the design is pretty poor in all areas.

Nov 23,2022The gels I bought are a Christmas gift so I can’t comment on them as such. Everything else is spot on, packaging, delivery etc. The prices are good too. Only reason I can’t give 5⭐️ is the fact the polish hasn’t been used yet.
