Apr 04,2022We had our annual maintenance of our boiler done by John. He explained what he was doing if the matter arose in conversation. He was a pleasant and courteous visitor. After about two hours after he left, the boiler stopped working, as i noticed while washing my hands, the water ran cold. I looked at the boiler display which indicated the system pressure was zero, (below the permitted range of 0.8 to 3 Bar). So I called the office and was told john would be back in the afternoon. He returned at around one o'clock and spent close to an hour on it. Afterward he said he did not find any specific problem, but guesses because of what he did on the service call, a small amount of air may have gotten into the system, which is then automatically ejected, leaving the system pressure low. So it is still working fine and the pressure has not dropped since. Well done John.

Apr 04,2022Absolutely incredible service from JLN Plumbing. We were required to get a Gas Safety Cert for hosting under the Homes For Ukraine scheme. I emailed late Sunday night and we had the certificate in our hand before noon on Monday. JLN did this for free for us to help support Ukrainians and offered anyone else in the area to do theirs as well free of charge. Incredible service, and incredible generosity 👏

They were extremely prompt with answering my plea for help and had someone attend first thing the next morning. The engineer was very efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. 😊
