Took a loan with them and everything in the application was smooth, however when you want to sign in to see how much you have left to pay and how close you are to closing your loan their website never works. It takes a year to get a response over email and tbh their phone lines are just as slow. If their digital user interfaces were more reliable they would be as good as any other bank.
