Not a name I had heard of before, Saw them advertised online. So took a look at the time had good rates and mostly positive reviews. Took a chance and everything was easy to set up and look after. Hopefully at the end of my fix Ill get another great rate.

Helpful staff guided me through the application, have to admit the main reason for applying for a fixed rate bond was the interest rate!
Fed up with the delays in fixing gliches when trying to upload information. Nothing is consistent you speak to one member of staff they say this, you speak to another member of staff and they say something different. It is too stressful just thinking to leave and go elsewhere now had enough.

I called jn customer service on 25 January 2024 trying to get help, my online account was lock or block but I couldn get in,i spoke to miss Kellion Sharp she was very professional and could have help me with the correct information thank you very much jn need more representatives like you, the first two persons I called was not too sure of what they were doing.
I had a bond ending and needed a new home for my savings. I always research a selection of companies and check their rates and JN Bank was one of the highest. Really easy to open account on line and my money transferred without any issues

Further to my last review. I have yet to receive ANY form of acknowledgement that my Loan was paid off on 14 December. Five working days ago! Incompetent Bank and staff.
I was initially applying for a fixed rate savings with Metrobank but their application was so cumbersome I decided to go with JN Bank instead. Very easy to apply and to transfer money. Highly recommend.
Easy process and handled quickly
Joke of a company, took weeks to open the account, when opened the interest rate was wrong, then they made interest rate right and make it difficult to and not obvious to add funds, when you finally figure out how to add funds an error message comes up, you can't speak to somebody until 2pm each day! What a faff, don't waste your time!
Just opened my first account with JN Bank, everything has been straight forward and speedy communications with the bank.
Good on-line access to set up account and transact Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly customer service staff Prudent - applied id checks - straightforward to ensure security Docs (Terms & Conditions etc) plain English and easy to understand.
Trying past two days to speak with someone ( log in issues ) Impossible to speak to an agent , left 3 messages for a call back , but received nothing It’s not the first time I’ve had issues , the web is dated and you get no notifications about deposits like most other banks 🏦
Offer good products
Gave up waiting for my savings account to opened. still waiting after 7 days. I managed to open another savings account with First save in 24hrs. I think JN Bank must have 2 people working in customer services. Couldn't get through to anyone. If your going to pretend to be a bank, then at least act like one and get some staff.

Mar 22,2024One of the most incompetent organisations in the world. On the 11th of March 2024 I've went into the branch in Brixton to openan account in Jamaica. I was told that I could open the account eithe in their branch or make an application online through an appointment. However I said to the teller that if that's the case I could do so now, she proceed is arranging the forms to fill in. Completed the forms and was told everything is OK. Two weeks now I would expect to hear back from the bank still no contact. Rong Jamaica to find out what's going on, they asked for my details gave it to them they pretend to be checking after an hour long wait only to be told they can't find me. This was done on two diffrent occasions. The third person I've spoken with told me it is totally impossible to go to Jamaica national in Brixton and open an Jamaica account. Now you tell me should you really be allowing these people to be keeping your money? They make me sick. All incompetent.
