Sep 20,2024I have been buying John Medeiros for years. I received my necklace and it appeared there was no stone in the middle of the medallion. I returned to company. Company called me and told me that there is no stone in the middle. But it appeared in picture that there was a stone. So I didn't want it. So there charging me 10% for the return.

I didn't find the new piece that I purchased to have the same quality of my older pieces. I like the pendant and necklace, but I do not think it looks like it warrants the price. Does your website carry different quality than in stores? It may be the last piece that I purchase and that is disappointing.

I wish there was a store close to me. My daughters and I love JM jewelry! The best part was how helpful and patient the saleswoman was on my phone call. She deserves a raise!

Nov 10,2024I had been eyeing this bracelet for a while when I decided to pull the trigger it was soo easy to order. The bracelet exceeded my expectations. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I would love to see more pictures of people wearing the jewelry I find it helps with figuring out size of the piece. I love the return policy is soo easy. In case you are not sure you can try it and return it if you don’t like it. Love John Medeiros the quality of their jewelry is fantastic.
