Today, The Collection is one of the few jewelry lines still produced from concept to completion in Rhode Island.

I lost one of my favorite anchor earrings, I emailed customer service and Grace answered my emailed telling me to send a picture of my earring she might beable to help me . And lo and behold she did!!! Thank you Grace I just baught a pair for my friend for her bday. Thank you again good customer service was I thought a thing of the past. My first necklace purchased in Mystic, Ct only to be told by the owner that the designer was from RI and like 45 minutes from our home. This recent purchase was for a mom of a doctor for 80th birthday, and it was a real big hit!

May 14,2023It was disappointing that the opal earrings from your new line were not available but still listed on your website. Additionally, when Customer Service reached out, the minimum was done to assist me with finding them and they only offered to have me purchase a different earring that was more expensive and not to my liking. I wanted the earrings that I had selected. Likewise, I found the Store Locator information on your website to be out of date! There are stores listed there that either have closed or no longer carry your line. I love John Medeiros Jewelry and own several pieces and this is the first time that I have had such a disheartening experience with the company and customer support.
