We bought a double size luxury artisan mattress and have found it extremely well made and blissfully comfortable. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The lead period was as expected and the follow up is good. The delivery company were just as good with their commas and the final placing of the new mattress. It is very comfortable and as I expected.

Dec 12,2022Bought a like-for-like replacement super kingsize mattress. Our previous one gave many years excellent service and is still the most comfortable bed anywhere. Service, as always, is fantastic. You always get a confirmatory call to make sure everything is right before they process the order. Delivery process was straightforward and on time. The two-man team delivered the bed to our room and set it in place for us. Highly recommended.

This is our second John Ryan by Design mattress, we only got a new one as we changed bed sizes, the previous mattress held up very well. Genuinely a boon to a good night’s sleep! Highly, highly recommended. I cannot see every using a different mattress brand in future.

Dec 11,2022Utterly incredible sleeps night after night. Been using this company for over 10 years, purchased 3 mattresses, each one better then the last! None of them have worn out yet just upgraded the beds. Origins 500 good for lower end of budget but quite firm, Artisan Naturals perfect in every way best mattress - worth the money -get it, Artisan Bespoke 004 exactly the same feel but with 100% fillings instead of 85% can’t fault it! A night on this is a cure for my aching back/hips/knee whenever they play up. If you’re hesitant, don’t be, and check out the clearance sections for a potential discount! :)

They raised a few points for consideration that had not occurred to me and gave me all the time I needed to assimilate and ponder. The result- a really comfortable mattress we’ve had for a couple of months now and definitely the correct choice.

You need a company these days to make you feel special, and how they really go out of their way to help you. I bought a mattress from this company and you can tell immediately how good quality it is. Both are great products and really conducive to a very good nights sleep. Only problem now is that the kids are lobbying for equivalent mattresses for their own beds…
